Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 – Road to Boruto

We have reached the fourth part of the Naruto fighting game series from the CyberConnect2 development team and it has become clear that the development team needs some rest from this series. Well, today’s review does not concern the fourth part, which was released last year. but for the full version titled Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 – Road. to Boruto, which presents a new chapter of the story with the fighters of the new generation, especially Boruto, the son of the character Naruto, who played the main role in the film BORUTO: NARUTO THE MOVIE! It is the additional part of the story of this game as an add-on that players can purchase separately if they own the fourth part or purchase this copy, which contains the new entry and the fourth part in the series.

Well, we will not delve into the elements of the game, since last year we talked about the original version of the fourth part. The Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm game series is a three-dimensional fighting game series that relies heavily on the use of the environment around you and mastering the disappearing system at the right time to recharge your energy or chakra. To deliver powerful blows, you also rely on your supporting characters, which sometimes enable combined super strikes. We note that the fourth part brought back some elements from the first parts of the series, including the ability to run over walls and other things.

There is no doubt that many players have experienced the games of this series before and this part offers more of the same and since the Road to Boruto addition is the important part of this version, we will highlight it. With this addition, players can experience the story of the cinematic film with Naruto’s son and the characters. The new version of the new generation of fighters, from the beginning of the Chunnin Exam to the new enemy trying to threaten the world of ninja, like in the original adventure. They will wander around the city of Konhwa, this time using the character Porto instead of Naruto. There are other new characters in the game, namely Sarada, Sasuke’s daughter, and the character Mitsuki, which we will not talk about his origin for fear of spoiling something for the followers.

A small number of hours offers the new addition to the game, and in general it does not offer much with it, since the new characters were previously available for the fourth part for those who reserved their copy of the game early. What is interesting is just the use of common strokes between the old and new generations. The drawings are beautiful, as always in this series, especially when performing special blows. According to Bandai Namco, with this new addition, this part is the last game of this series, which in my opinion is really worthy of reaching the end because it has not presented anything new for a while and this is its best ending.

For those who own the fourth part, the purchase may not be very convincing, as despite the new content, the game really screams that it is time for changes.
